- Where is my data stored?
- All data is stored on servers in Mumbai, India (AWS ap-south-1). We never send your tenants' personal data outside India — compliant with DPDP Act 2023.
- What if Meta blocks my WhatsApp number?
- Your data is always accessible via the PWA dashboard. We'll help you reconnect a new number — the database is yours, not tied to any phone number.
- How do I migrate from Excel/paper?
- Use the 'Import Ledger' feature — take a photo of your register and our AI reads it. Or use 'add Ramesh A1 8000' to add tenants one by one — takes 30 seconds per tenant.
- Is it free?
- Yes — there's no monthly subscription. You pay only per action (₹0.50 per reminder, ₹30 per KYC check). Most PGs spend under ₹100/month.
